RecommendedCrossFit Sugar Grove is my home away from home. It’s one of the most, if not the most inviting place for anyone and everyone no matter what your experience is with fitness. The community that surrounds it is so wholesome and supportive with even the littlest things and not just in the gym but in daily like as well. Crossfit Sugar Grove is really an amazing place. Don’t be scared by the word crossfit. There is nothing here that is intimidating. Not the people, not the workouts and definitely not the coaches. What you will find is a place where everyone at one time was the new person in class and a variety of amazing people. You will always receive the support that you need from someone here. Brilliant yoga class on Thursday night at 7pm.
We’ve dropped in from out of town twice now and have loved it both times! Everyone is so welcoming and the work outs are challenging. Great atmosphere!
