I would definitely recommend Crossfit Sugar Grove. Great coaching staff and ownership, family friendly just a great group of people.
I don’t EVER give 5 stars on reviews but CrossFit Sugar Grove has earned it. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable with the experience and backgrounds to help anyone. The supportive and non-judgmental community will make this box your home. It’s true.....you come for the workout but stay for the people.
Place is like a family. All of the coaches are vested in your success. My first day in, no fewer than 6 people walked up to me to say hi and introduce themselves. Serious when it needs to be, fun all of the time.
Stop wandering around your Globo-gym unsure how to use the machines, too scared to venture into the free weight area, and relegating yourself to eliptical. GET IN HERE!!!! There is a dedicated Coach for every class, a community of athletes who want to see you get better, and fun atmosphere that keeps you coming back.
