This Place is Excellent, If I could give more than 5 stars I would! CFSG is more than a box, it is a community that is family friendly and very uplifting. The staff is well trained and offers a variety of knowledge, from Olympic lifting, gymnastics, endurance classes, striking, nutrition counseling to Yoga. This place sure has it all!
