These guys are awesome!! I was in from out of town and stopped in to see if I could work out with them. I'm not a cross fitter but they took me in and showed me the ropes. The team was amazing and I had the best workout I've had in a very long time. Waaaay better workout than a traditional gym!
I love the WODs we do, the goals we set and the safety of it is my favorite!
I love this place, they're stuck with me for life!
