I want to start by saying this is my first review of anything, ever. I just feel like I need to put it out there how amazing this place is. I have been coming to this "box" for about a month now and I love it. The coaches are great, the people are great, and the workouts kick butt. Mentally and physically is a game changer. I'm addicted now. 5 stars all the way!!
First time trying out crossfit & this place made me feel completely comfortable. Love it!
Just beginning this experience and so far loving it. Everyone's friendly and coaches are attentive.
Coaches are awesome and no matter how many people are in class they always find time to help you learn all the lifts and skills properly. I've been going for about 2 months now and am totally hooked!
