Great Box. Coaches and athletes all friendly and encouraging. Nice to drop into a box and feel welcomed and at home. Great breakdown before the wod of all movements. Thank you for a challenging wod. Hope to stop in again one more time before leaving Pasadena.
I absolutely fell in love with CrossFit! This gym is full of great people and amazing coaches. They always take the time to explain the workouts and are there to help during the WOD!
