I love my Box, they make you feel like a part of the family and not just another member. The trainers are awesome, they walk you thru every movement/ workout to make sure you are using proper techniques and help you scale every workout to your fitness level. Love you guys, y'all have really made a huge impact on my life and weightloss goals. ���
My friends used to always tell me to try it out but never had the courage to because my knees are bad but after the first day. I loved it. It does take time to get used to it. I recommended some friends to try it. Good trainer. All you need is motivation and willing to put the work in.
Amazing people! These guys really treat you like family. I recently had a small incident while at the gym and this box didn't hesitate to do everything they could to help which included prayer and awesome hospitality. Very professional and welcoming!
This place welcomed me with open arms and I'm truly thankful to call CF South Belt ny new home. Looking forward to compete individually and teams along side great athletes representing South Belt!
