I'm so sick of my friends saying I can't do crossfit or I will feel so stupid if I go...! I'm proud to go to crossfitsouthbelt because we have all different ages, capabilities, and sizes and not once EVER have I felt singled out in a bad way!! Thanks Shane and other coaches for always making me feel welcomed and pushing me to do and be my best!!
Love love love my new box! Close to home, great coach, small class and definitely get the one on one experience.
You guys are so much better than my last box (not that it was bad) but, yall are SO encouraging, helpful, caring and motivational. Great equipment and coaches are greatly knowledgeable. Very comfortable atmosphere and everyone there is SO friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else but here!
