Excellent experience. I dropped in from out of town and I was working out within 10 min. Great coaching and friendly folks
I had the privilege of working out here for a week while on a job assignment. I loved the atmosphere. The coaches were awesome, not to mention very knowledgable and professional. The programming is purposeful and challenging, as it should be. As an experienced crossfitter, I would highly recommend this gym from anyone it being their first day walking into a gym or even someone considered advanced.
Its a love hate relationship! But I'm loving the atmosphere: simple, professional, and teamwork.
