It feels like going home everytime because everybody treats you like family. Definitely recommended! If you want to learn the fundamentals of Crossfit the right way and have fun you will not go wrong.
I dropped in from out of town. The coaches were very nice and helpful. The gym is huge and has plenty of equipment.
What a great box to drop into for a week. The coaches are spot on and clearly know what they're doing. The environment of the place is friendly and i felt welcomed each time I came. I'll definitely be coming back for more! See you next year.
If you live in Erie and believe you are working out with the best of the best and you're not a member of FBO, you're just wrong. These coaches are solid, well thought out programming and what I believe is one of the best values in CrossFit for the price nationwide. If you have ever considered even trying CrossFit, drop in for a week or two and work with this staff and their members. Every time I make it home I make it a point to get down here. Thank you Jeff, Josh and crew for always welcoming me back!
