I never lifted weights before I came here. The programming is a nice mix of cardio & strength. I'm doing things I never thought I could or would. Everyone is so positive & encouraging no matter what your fitness level!
A little over a year of effort was well worth the investment. Haven't felt this good since college! Great programming, coaches and fellow athletes allowed me to integrate lifts and movements I used to shy away from (or just considered impossible) and get max benefit from them. Try it, it works.
It helped me lose a lot of weight and get stronger. It helped me improve from a 15 lb bar to a 45 lb bar so it is worth the money and going to.
