I had my first CrossFit workout here today. It's a great place to workout. Awesome people, from the minute I walked in, who are welcoming, attentive, and on point.

Was visiting family over thanksgiving and was taken here few times over my vacation, Kevin was very welcoming along with all the other members of cross fit 280 , they made it very enjoyable and kept me Coming back everyday , I certainly will be continuing cross fit when I return back to Canada Thanks again Kevin, see you around
