I've been cross fit active my entire life. School sports, big box membership gyms, small group cross training gyms, home gym, and Pilates. The best solution for my life right now is training at CrossFit Active Performance. The coaches are knowledgeable, responsive, positive, and able to communicate clearly. I'm on my third week at Crossfit Active Performance. Out of the 4 Crossfit boxes I've been to, Crossfit Active Performance is far superior. Clean, organized, professional, knowledgeable and plenty of equipment. I would highly recommend it.
