With any gym, it boils down to the quality of coaching, the mentality & confidence they foster in their members, and the staff's personalities to provide an enjoyable experience. Crossfit Active Performance will not disappoint. There is a scientific method to their "madness". CFAP is an incredible place! The coaches are so knowledgable, get to know you and your personal needs in fitness, push you to do your best with correct form, and encourage you. The community I've gained is also a huge plus! Walking in and seeing familiar faces who are there to go through the same WOD alongside you is great.
