I started at CrossFit Active Performance for two reasons; I want to learn paddle boarding and I want to impress my 20 year old son. I stayed because of the community. It's always a challenge and the feeling of accomplishment is remarkable. The coaches are amazing and knowledgeable. Would I recommend CrossFit Active Performance, absolutely without question!
Been a member here since 2014. It was the first crossfit gym I ever tried. And can't imagine being anywhere else. Currently I sit in 45 min of traffic each day after work to workout here. Dedication or crazy? Not sure, BUT I have tried a few other crossfits that are closer to work/home and none can compare with the programming, the coaches, cleanliness of the gym, and, of course, members. Great box, trainers are very good, they show you proper form so you can do the movement without hurting yourself.
