Top notch box. Well organized, clean and well maintained facility, with excellent instruction. I started out here new to CrossFit and they provide a safe and structured introduction to the sport. Level system keeps you safe and moves you up to more advanced movements only when you are ready for them. You can't go wrong with this gym. I've been a client there for about six months, and it's fantastic. It's a very friendly and welcoming environment, where people get results. The coaches are all personable and well-trained, and they care. They have a well thought-out system that gives everybody a great, safe workout whatever your goals, whether you're mainly interested in looking and being fit, or you're training for competitions. Facility is well-equipped and spotless.
