People are great. Wonderful staff dedicated to making you better and feeling part of the team. This is my second crossfit gym and I love the community atmosphere.
We move around a lot because of my husband's job and this box has been one of my favorites! The coaches are amazing and I have learned so much from them in a short time! So sad we will be moving again soon!
1st week in the books. Jeff is an AMAZING trainer. He will dial it down or up depending on your age, condition and ability. All the people I have met so far have been kind, generous and very helpful --- definitely a "no judgement gym"!!
I am a novice at any exercise so I was afraid to even think about crossfit! There are so many misconceptions about it. Jeff has been amazing and patient and I believe for the first time in my life that I am going to actually succeed at my fitness and health goals! CrossFit 797 is a business marked by excellence and I recommend it to anyone no matter where they are at in their fitness journey!
Great coaches and great people. Would recommend it for anyone no matter age or ability, they can come up with a modified work out for anyone.
