I used to wake up and go to the gym every morning at 5am while in high school at Barbers Hill. Jeff was there every morning and always dedicated to his passion. Even then, nearly 7 years ago, he told me of his dream of opening up his own gym. He would send me supplement idea and detailed diet plans for free, because he cared about helping people get better.
