I have not worked out in several years and never in a gym. When I walked into Crossfit797, I was immediately appraoched by Brody who was very encouraging and helpful. He changed up my workout to make sure I built up my back muscle slowly and did not hurt myself. Everyone was friendly. Kacie Florus kept checking up on me to ensure I was ok. I am grateful to find this place where I know I will be motivated to improve my well being and be around positive, caring people.
I love this place. It's filled with people who motivate you and the coaches are awesome. I'll never walk into a regular gym again. No confusion with meal plans or the workouts. It's like a second family. They are always lifting people's spirits up. Jeff is a fantastic coach trainer etc. I stepped out of my comfort zone and I am so glad I did. I'm def going to become a member after my 6 week challenge is up. My body is changing before my eyes. I'm getting healthier and stronger. Only on my 3rd week. Love this place!!!!

Just now starting hear at CrossFit 797 and the place is awesome! You feel welcomed by the staff and the other people doing CrossFit. They push you, but at the same time make sure you don’t overdue it.
Crossfit 797 is what Crossfit is all about... community! They do a great job of involving every member and making people feel welcome. Their programming is great and they offer so much motivation and help for newbies. Afraid of crossfit? 797 can modify every workout for your abilities and needs. It is definitely a place to grow as a person and get fit. Crossfit has changed my life thanks to 797!
