RecommendedGreat Gym! Love the energy and environment.
This place is not like all the other gyms. I have never truly like working out but CrossFit 797 has changed that for me. Jeff is a great coach, very encouraging not pushy like some drill sergeant. Even the people who work out with you are cheering you on. I enjoy going and also seeing the results, don’t get me wrong I’m no where near model material. But I do love going and working towards getting fit.❤️💪 💪
I love this place!! The moment I stepped in to get information I knew I was in it! Jeff is one of the best coaches I’ve ever come across; as a newbie to CrossFit, he took the time to work with me on certain movements and techniques that were new to me, and he does that with everyone that comes to the gym for the first time! All members are there to workout hard but somehow they still manage to have a very welcoming atmosphere, it’s an awesome community!
This is honestly the best place to workout that I've ever been. It's more like a family than a gym. The coaches are beyond awesome!
Everyone's very encouraging and friendly. Great coaching staff always willing to help and motivate you through the workout.
