Very easy going, yet uplifting environment! I very much enjoyed going! Everyone was always so helpful & encouraging. If you're looking to try something new and feel great definitely give this place a try you wont regret it!
I use to workout faithfully and become sidetracked with life, but thanks to Crossfit797 I am back on track! They have some awesome trainers and I highly recommend this for anyone!
This place has great trainers that motivate you and help you to learn the right techniques. The workouts are intense and awesome. The trainers provide modifications to the moves when I was not strong enough to do them.
This place is great. I am old and out of shape. They always made me feel comfortable. They know how to push you without hurting you.
I love this gym, I never really liked working out but we do something different every day, so it makes it fun. Also all the instructors are excellent!
CrossFit 797 is awesome. Jeff smith is a great instructor. Makes you feel included and makes you want to be there. Overall, it’s a great place to get in shape, with wonderful people and an amazing atmosphere...can’t wait to see you there...
I love this place!! This was my first time ever doing crossfit I felt welcomed from the first meeting all the way till the end of the 6 weeks!! The coaches helped me and customized the workouts to a level that would not only challenge me but also made sure I was doing all the movements right. Everyone there was so welcoming and encouraging I would recommend this place to everyone looking for a way to start..
I had my doubts in the beginning but, I absolutely love it. The atmosphere here at 797 Crossfit is so welcoming & charged with positive attitudes. Everyone is encouraging & always there to help you. At the end of a workout I feel fantastic! The owner/trainer Jeff makes you feel like you’re a part of something bigger & The other coach Kayci is the same way. It is a big family. I’m so happy I joined and that I have my Crossfit family. I’m only 3 weeks in but I hope to continue past my 6 week challenge.
Excellent place to work out. Great atmosphere. The coaches are the best. They really get you motivated.
