Terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. The old guy is so RUDE and unwelcoming, only wanted to drop off some UPS parcels at around 8.50pm, he kept shaking his head as he didn't want to take them. Then proceeds to tell me they close at 9pm... even thought the times state 930pm closing time. Zero customer service. If you don't like working with customers or accepting parcels then don't do the job...simple. Will never visit again :/
The entrance doesn't look inviting with it's metal grating and small opening door that blocks the view of what awaits inside. It's tiny, has boxes everywhere and has limited floorspace. Lots of products from unknown brands, not particularly cheap and parking is the other side of the building.
Albert and his wife are truly lovely people who have supported my mum over many years. They have gone above and beyond, time after time. They are more like a son and daughter to mum. This is a great local shop, which provides a wonderful service to the local community. The area would be a poorer place without it.
Collected a UPS parcel. Slightly hard to find as the shop door is in a pedestrianised area but if you follow Google maps it takes you to the on street parking behind the store. The building is clearly marked at the rear so you know which building it is. You just have to walk down the side of the building to the front door
