If this company spent as much time actually working on their actual job instead of paying a "Client Manager Liaison" to respond to the multiple complaints they have on this website and Better Business Bureau, they might've actually closed the sale of my condo on time instead of 8 DAYS AFTER THE CLOSE DATE. The reason we had to close 8 days late: they blamed us for "not getting them all of the necessary information". However we did get them the needed documents ONE MONTH PRIOR to original close date, they just did not review ... read more

Greenville, South Carolina. William ******has done a tremendous job with our VA Loan and has assisted us with a couple refinances! Even when Will move to this new company, we followed! Will has always be upfront and honest! If it didn't make sense and wasn't a good deal he would tell us! Such a HUGE investment for my family and I. We have not trusted another since our very 1st loan! Will always makes himself available and is quick to respond, even during off hours. He makes it easy and even takes time to explain to my wife &... read more

Be very very careful! We were looking to refinance. We got a call from this company. I first talked with an application screener, Fred, who talked in a slick, fast way. My initial impression was that Fred was young and unprofessional. He quickly directed me to Chad ******, who was not a licensed agent. His brother was the agent, but I never was able to talk with him. Chad forwarded me his brother's photo license information upon my asking. This is how I found out Chad was not licensed. After collecting our sensitive informat... read more

Cross Country Mortgage is full of con artist & Liars! The Melville branch located * * ********** **** ******** ** *****. It was what they call a Bait & switch. Our closing cost were double the rate was different than what was stated. Kevin Clarkson was the LO who was trained to lie to his customers. I thought the 2008 Market CRASH got rid of the Frauds. Unfortunally the mortgage business is still filled with these FAKES! Lou ***** a manager of CCM is just as bad as he allows this type of behavior. Very Sad they dont see the ... read more

We used Larry *******at Cross Country Mortgage, LLC. in ******** **. We had used Larry in the past for first mortgages and re-financings. This experience was very different. Our initial intention was to pursue a cash out re-finance as we are finishing our basement. In order to proceed with a cash out refinance, the company insisted that we have an in person inspection of the house. We are in the middle of a pandemic and did not want a stranger in our house. Needless to say Cross Country would not waive the in-person inspecti... read more

Very poor experience with Tim Lindsey at Cross Country Mortgage...They treated me like a number at a McDonald's drive through. The numbers did not line up with what they told me on the phone. They provided our closing details to us only a few hours before closing and did not leave us much time to review or understand why there were discrepancies. I was called a liar when I told them I had sent an email the week prior to confirm my understanding of the numbers. When we first began our buisness relationship I received a very r... read more

Wasted 65 days of my time....75 emails and numerous phone calls. NEVER once spoke to this Sr Mortgage manager. His only response was that I'd rather not talk to you, I need to be invisible and just email. Dragged me through the mud, kick the can down the road, over commit and underdeliver. I asked to get me the complete list of what they needed. Piece mailed every request, sometime 2-3 times from different assistants. Excuses all day long... the processor took ill and couldn't work on your loan ( after not hearing from him f... read more

I WOULD BE CAREFUL ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY! Here is why. I contacted this Company after seeing their interest rates on the ****** website for a refinance. I spoke to an individual on Monday, 11/15/20 about what he would need in terms of documents to do a refinance. All was well. I sent him everything he requested. On 11/18/20, I received an e-mail from a second individual who wanted me to send him 2 months of my bank statements. I informed that person that I had already linked my bank account to their business and wondered ... read more

Some one by the name of Patrick ******* called me and took all my sensitive information including social security. This happened a month back and I never heard back. I called and emailed multiple times and never received any communication. This is highly unprofessional and normally I would let this go. The problem is when someone calls from your company and takes down all my sensitive information and I never hear back it seems like fraud. If nothing was available then that should be communicated. This is highly unprofessiona... read more
