Worst company for spamming potential customers, i get multiple emails from different email addresses daily, i have called and complained but nothing stops them from sending, these scammers should be shut down.
Cross country applied escrow to another account . Countless phone calls to customer service and no resolution yet . When you call the typical response (we have to run a analysis report ) call back in a week . Cross Country mistake will cost you a lot of your personnel time .
I was told by Robert ********* that a hard inquiry would not take place if he ran my credit and it did. This was false advertising and not fair on his part
Company has call multiple time claiming spouse contacted them concerning refinance...blatant lie since she does not handle finances in the household. They use fake number in area to call even though no office in location that call is coming from. Beware scam artist
We applied for a refi loan through Cross Country Mortgage/Costco. We started the process in Aug 2021. We found out yesterday, 11/11/21, that we have hit the 8 week mark and we still haven't closed. We were told by Cross Country Mortgage that the delay was the title company due to a large number of refinanced loans in the area and we had to wait our turn. I simply inquired about a hm loan.. This loan company's loan Officer ran my credit without my authorization, not to mention I initially request he not run it without my Auth. Also, I was concerned after I emailed my private docs and he didn't follow up with me from his requests that I send docs to get a fully approved loan as he stated, but he never got back to me for weeks. Worst customer service department I have ever experienced. Closing on my property was delayed over the simplest task of issuing the final pay off amount. It took multiple people, days, phone calls, and finally a manager to issue something that other companies handle within minutes. The final checks from closing I have still not received even months after my closing. I have contacted customer service and it becomes an absolute run-around.
