Amber and her team were great to work with. We refinanced with them. There process and online submission tool was super user friends and something we could just log Into and submit anything. Amber always kept us in the loop as to where we were in the process as well.
I have worked for mortgage company as a processor. And I have to say you are the worst mortgage company. i applied for a loan in late March or early April, was told I needed to order the payoff for my 1st mortgage because I did a modification loan on it. Fraudulent refinancing options mailed to me during the pandemic! Disgraceful! The mail touted they received my forbearance request but when i spoke to a rep they said they couldn't honor it because of rhe forbearance!
