RecommendedMy husband and I are supremely grateful to Sheetal Shawney and her entire team, especially Betty. They both did a great job in approving our loan, even though we thought it was not going to be possible. March 28th, 2019 I would not recommend Cross Country Mortgage out of Vancouver, WA to anybody. The services of Cody Steinmann, Renee Serface and Mellonee Bostwick are horrible. They lie, mislead, misadvise, false promise, and don’t know what each other are doing in the loan process. Instead of working together each one of them basically started from scratch. Amber and her whole team are fantastic! They helped keep us on track so we never felt lost or where we were in the process. They are also very accommodating and do whatever they can to help you. We had some issues getting some of our paperwork and they gave us every tool they had to help us figure it out.
