This company is a joke. I was supposed to close nearly a month ago and this company and the borrower can’t get their act together. If it were possible to give them negative stars, I would. Do not use.
This company passes out false pre approvals... we were two weeks away from closing on a house when they advised the seller that they couldn't provide them a loan.. The sellers lost out on buying a home and in return, could not sell us their home.. We lost out on the money we paid for an inspection and appraisal.. the sellers also lost out on the money they paid on the house they wanted to purchase, only for this company to tell them 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ oh well.. they refuse to give any of us our money back after their negl... read more

Appears workers need sensitivity training. Calling clients dumb and lying to them is NOT acceptable!
RecommendedThey have a large variety of Mortgage products, quick closing time frames and the Support Staff is great! Prompt responses and Communication are common practice!
Had really good experience working with this mortgage company! Particularly with Craig, very professional and knowledgeable. Answers our questions right away and promptly provide the info needed to get the mortgage going! It was very easy to submit the paper work needed online, I had a busy schedule but I was able to still send in the info needed from me to speed up the process. Closed the house in 3 weeks!

I am a Real Estate Professional who was on the listing side. Franco Multari was the buyers lender. He dropped the ball and lied about it over and over. Was told we were all good every week for the 6 weeks we were pending. The Friday before close I was told we are all good. Then less than 24 hours there was a delay. The movers were in the home emptying the home when he gave us this news. Said we would close the next day. We didnt. The sellers were forced to stay in a hotel and pay extra storage. The buyer for our home used Franco Multari in Cary, NC. We were supposed to close on May 31st, he let us know 20 HOURS before closing that we would be delayed by ONE day (June 1st). We moved out of our home as scheduled on May 30th.. While one extra day was an inconvenience, it wasn't a huge deal, and Franco agreed to reimburse us for the extra expenses we would incur due to the delay.
