Absolute joke, they try and bully money out of people without saying what it’s for. Charged me more than £15 extra per week than others in same block of flats and told me I don’t have the right to know why. Having more and more emails and phone calls than ever since leaving a ckh property. Ignored my complaints about mould and other issues to do with property I was renting. Customer service skills need to include dealing with people with additional needs. Left feeling worried and upset by recent interaction with a representative of this company.

Ive noticed a problem with the times table, due to the fact that when they get called und then they gobble on about you being able to go there website such und such, they also mention then time stable, especially tuesday as they have the losing time wrong, they sey it closes at 5pm but when you look at the times table on the internet, it seys 5:30pm, they need to iether update it or actually sey as it seys on the internet, its annoying und/or confusing.

Been in a cross keys home for around 15 year and to be honest they couldn't run a bath, had a letter about home inspection which I have no problem with and have made repeated phone calls to them on this matter only to be sent a letter of breach of tenancy and threats of £2000 fines and property repossession, unacceptable cross keys you seriously need to up your game and talk to each other rather than threatening genuine people!!!
