Visited with a friend, dirty waiting room with roof tiles missing and stained with brown liquid. Seats torn and stained, overall a dirty, dated operation.The tables and equipment are old and rusty along with all their other equipment.The worst thing is how rude and arrogant the staff are. Once was enough, will never use them again. If you truly care for your pet you wouldn’t either.

Cross Green Vets have been absolutely wonderful throughout our time with them. They have always shown great kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for our goats. Their support meant a lot to us, especially during the difficult time when we lost one of our beloved animals a few years ago. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and their owners, and they consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent care. We couldn’t recommend them more.
An update after another visit with Emma. Once again, this vet is amazing. Booking an appointment was really easy and friendly. The vet we saw was fantastic with Emma, really kind abd gentle but very thorough. Emma is not a big fan of vets, like most dogs,but she was perfectly at ease throughout her visit, and I was felt assured that everything was done that needed to be done by the vet.
