Rude as soon as the phone conversation started - rather pretentious with a were to busy to drive the 30 mins to you - no suggestion if I was willing to pay for the Service, which I was - but we didn’t get that far into the conversation as he hung up !! So for all the decent reviews - this one is genuine bad experience
Having Purchased a couple time from Crosby Blinds I reached out to them when a Item had Broken. Andrew sorted instantly FOC. Quality Service as always.
Very efficient, personal service. We didn't need our vertical blinds straight away and required them to be delivered on a certain day or shortly after. They were being delivered directly from Luxaflex. This was arranged without fuss and without us having to request this repeatedly. We did have a query when we fixed the blinds in position and our query was answered and the issue sorted within 24 hours. We would strongly recommend this company.
