The employees walk around the waiting area without masks laughing and shouting across the room to one another. Employees approach you with masks not on their faces (what’s the point?!) to speak to you. Wait times are not accurately disclosed. I was charged for a service I didn’t not ask for or approve. They forgot to give me my wheel lock key so I had to return the next day to retrieve it. When I returned, I had to wait outside because no one inside had a mask on. Whatever you do not take your car here for service if it was not purchased from them. They will decline all your service. I have 2021 telluride that i went down a road that had mud and the transmission went out they decline the service. One because I’m 100% honest because my car was not purchased from them and they did not want to get hit with the bill. Worst dealership i have ever dealt with.
