If you want the classic hellish car buying experience, go to Kia Van Nuys. The salesman, Michael Crawford, was basically conning us for three hours, then the Finance guy came around and it was obvious we were being jerked around. The dealer wants $10,000 over MSRP for a Telluride. Really a horrible experience
RecommendedFabulous staff all around. We asked if they could get us a ride to a restaurant and when no Uber driver was available a staff member drove us there and came back and picked us up. Service center staff thoroughly inspects the vehicle and makes you feel secure knowing everything is good on your car.
RecommendedHad a coupon for the oil change and tire rotation which they did. Had an issue with a leaking window washing system. They found the cause and repaired under warranty. Great

RecommendedDave Eversole was awesome and we got what the wife wanted and he bent over backwards to make sure I got everything I wanted out of the Soul and the payment we wanted. Even though he had to wait till the end to get a fist 👊 bump lol. Wife loves the 2021 Seltos.

RecommendedTheir service department went above and beyond to fix my Sorento. I was very pleased with service. RJ got all of my repairs done to my satisfaction, they had some bumps along the way but in the end they ate the cost on the final repairs! Great team works guys keep it up! 👍👍👍👍👍
