I was not looking forward to buying a new car, but Jeff Harper made me feel comfortable and helped me enjoy the experience! After my first test drive, I mentioned that there were hills around where I lived. Jeff took me out again to test it on some hills and make sure I was happy with how it handled them. He gave me tons of great information and really helped me understand what I was looking for. Highly recommend Jeff, and had a great experience with everyone I encountered at Cronin Kia.
Getting a new car is always stressful, specially when you dont know much about them. DJ helped me find the car I was looking for and made sure all of my questions (and believe me I had a lot) were answered. He really helped me understand how to take better care of my new baby!! Cronin Kia made the whole process very easy as well. 10/10 would recommend.
