I bought a car a week ago and and Sales department needs work, they need to slow down and explain what the car offers (luggage cover not included) the¹y told me car was AWD and it wasn't ( My fault I did not check) and explain the in's and outs of the deal (local laws). I was first time buyer in the state. I got blind sided by tag fees when I went to pick up the second key. I do not regret buying the car. My recommendation to them: honor agreements. Signed an agreement with a SELLING price. When the car arrived they would not honor it; it was $600 more. Their attitude - take it or leave it. Their doc fee is also outrageous. Their communication leading up to the delivery was poor; the manager that the sales person referred me to for the compaint was completely unhelpful.
