I was not given an incentive that was advertised on the website. The gentleman we addressed it with - Andrew - was quite rude. Finance and sales looked it up and saw it on the front of their web page (where most people do their first car searches) but said it was a mistake and not offered anymore. Did not offer equivalent deal in its place. I would say to get things in writing and you'll be fine, but that was not the case, as it was written for all of us to see and all I got was a "sorry".
