I called about a Ford F-250 and Jeff "tiny" Harper was the guy who helped us out. We drove down from Cleveland after Jeff reserved the truck for us. Great guy, great buying experience, and he let my son play with his matchbox cars, which was pretty awesome! Jeff gave us new tires, got the car detailed, and let us drink and eat all the coffee and snacks our bellies could hold. John in finance was cool too. I gave a porter a high five. WOW! Beautiful facility and incredible customer service! All around a fantastic experience. I went in on Sunday to test drive the Soul and absolutely fell in love with it. I can’t express enough how great the customer service was! They were so thorough at explaining everything every step of the way. Even though they close at 4pm on Sundays they stayed until 5pm due to being so thorough with walking me through everything about the car, they were in no rush. Jeff was an amazing salesman! Highly recommend!!!
my car was completely totaled because of a deer on the highway and these guys took complete care of me during such a rough time. We were very stressed having to deal with insurance all week and worrying about rental cars but Jeff and John took us under their wing and made sure we were just fine. I was very happy with my 2017 Kia Forte and now I am super satisfied with my 2018 Kia Forte. They definitely made us feel like family and walked us through every step toward our satisfaction. I can’t thank them enough!
