Drove an hour to test drive a Telluride. Salesman who can’t even bother to put his mask over his mouth tells me I can’t even TEST DRIVE without pulling my credit and running numbers. Why would I let a dealer pull my credit report for a car I’ve never even driven? Nashua Kia is a joke.

The customer service is poor. Rude and short. They have had my car for a month now and the recall is still not finished. The service department in slow and in no hurry to get the job done.
