Today my husband and I purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Niro. We had a very delightful and pleasing experience. Our salesman, Jeff Harper was amazing. His knowledge , customer service and ability to put up with us was fantastic. Also, a big thank you to Our finance officer, Rich. So far in our buying experience of a 2017 Sorento, I would say it has been a positive one. Salesman, Jeff, was pretty knowledgeable and easy to deal with and friendly. He went over the vehicle explaining things In detail. In finance, Rich, was the same. Prices were lower than a competitor and better selection. Have not dealt with service yet, but so far I have had a good experience here.

This was my second purchase with Cronin, and also dealing with Michael Monroe. He is SO knowledgeable, honest and answered all questions I had!
