I'm writing this not to criticize, but to provide feedback on the service we received. My wife was experiencing back pain. I trusted the reviews and rating of this place and convinced her to come here. We arrived around 11 AM. An older lady welcomed us, but her behavior made it seem like she wasn’t expecting any customers at that time. We explained my wife's back pain and specifically asked her to focus on that area.
