Very disappointing service cancelling an appointment in April set a few months ago as they are going private from 1st July 24. Not worth paying ridiculous prices for their service only stayed with them as they were NHS!!
Very disappointing dental practice, they do the very bare minimum. The dental surgeon missed multiple opportunities to sort out issues but refused to look into it and now the waiting list for treatment is through the roof. Look somewhere else if you want good quality dentistry.
Honestly one of the worst dental practices I’ve ever been to. Appointments are altered or cancelled regularly, the dentist barely glances at your teeth to check everything is alright and getting through to the reception in the first place is like trying to get hold of Jesus himself. They don’t even have a call hold/queue system. Avoid like the plague.
Staff were amazing with our very anxious little boy. Very understanding and the lady on reception was fantastic!
