Huge shoutout to Jade and Crofts. OD my baby has been overgrooming for months to the extent he now resembles a sheep 🥹. He had been to many vet practices who all just diagnosed stress and prescribed pain relieving medication like gabapentin and Prednicare but yesterday after just one brilliant consult with Jade, Lead Vet at Crofts, she found OD has lower back pain which would count for the overgrooming and pulling out fur from the top of his back. This is one of the best vets I have ever come across. We have been with Crofts Vets for over 18 years now and they have looked after all 4 of our dogs. Three have passed away over those years with old age and the care all of our dogs have received from all the staff members has been exemplary. Sarah is so calm, compassionate and professional and the nurses are all so caring and thoughtful too. The receptionists have always bent over backwards to help. I would thoroughly recommend this vets to anyone.
I’m so happy with the care my toy poodle received for her teeth cleaning and extractions. From the start, the booking process was smooth and accommodating, making everything stress-free. The consultation was thorough, and I was well-informed every step of the way. The vet (Alex), nurse (Megan) and receptionist (Hilary) were absolutely lovely—so kind and professional.
