Three telephone calls and finally got the promised call back. Date and appointment made, didn’t turn up and no phone call! Like to support local businesses, but absolutely shocking customer service, won’t be calling them again.
Rang this company twice and they never got back to me . I would hate to have had a plumbing emergency and wait for this company to ring me back. Disappointed and disgusted.
I am currently using Croft's services on a temporary operation in the North East and I quite happily say that I am impressed. The response we have seen so far has been second to none and their service is good quality with a good people working for them. We are happy to continue using Croft throughout this project.
