Never thought I'd do this but twice ive asked for a face to face appointment and was told can't have one nor book one in advance (which you used to actually be able to do). I work and can't sit for hours with my phone on loud speaker in my hand waiting for them to answer to tell me ring another day nor can I just leave work suddenly to go to a last minute appointment. Terrible care for people trying to contact for assistance, look at the reviews people send you.
This practice is dangerous, they refuse prescriptions after following their 48 hours procedure, they claim that they didn't receive the voicemail (again their procedure as you cant speak to a person or a pleasant one at that) they then refuse vital medication over a weekend period. The receptionist frequently hang up on vulnerable people and with hold medication to patients either because they think it is funny to do so or are so lazy and incompetant to bother doing their jobs. Reception are an absolute disgrace hang up the phone for fun. Lazy workers that are completely incapable of doing their easy job. Doctors are good when you can actually get through tho.
