Very poor attitude from a middle aged lady staff. When we highlighted the size was wrong, she started blaming us for not saying things clearly and demanded my mother to try and take the one with wrong size. I am really confused what is their customer service philosophy.

Bought a multi coloured crocs from my son, just after half an hour of use the white colour started wearing off. Try to avoid them. The shop won't take a return also. A brand like crocs shouldn't be making such low quality products.
Wen yi was extremely helpful and attentive, I’m impressed with the way and attitude while she assisting customer even when the shop is so crowded ! Wonderful purchase experience in this outlet !
