Unfortunately this company took over the contract for my past tense flat in 2019, that I am deeply traumatised of for a number of reasons. Company have woken up in 2025 to pursuer alleged bills from 2019 with threats and harassment and no legitimacy, they were always fraudulent even back then now it seems even worse

This is Criterion Hospitality. I wish I had done thorough research on them before trying to view an apartment - they’ve obviously done a name change to try and escape the bad reviews. Waited 4 days for a viewing appointment and chased daily just to be told the flat is no longer available. Looking at the previous reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you are looking for a flat that the whole building is infested with silver fish, including your flat, and nothing is being done about it over the years, then move to Trafford House. If you want silver fish crawling up your walls and your bed everytime, then move to Trafford house. If you want a place where there is always issues with heating/hot water, then move to Trafford House. I know at the end of the day a business is all about making money, but you do expect some form of customer service. This company gives none, nothing at all. Every year they raise the rents and find ways to cut back on services. The block I lived in had no working lifts for weeks on end and I lived on the 10th floor. No hot water or heating for days on end during the winter. They now give their rooms out to social housing tenants, so their buildings are constantly having issues with packages going missing and attempted break ... read more
