Daughter took her car here, the quoted her an amount to fix it which she agreed to. Lies repeatedly about when it would be ready and repeatedly said wrong part sent. When she was finally told it was ready they told her that they had stripped the thread off a bolt and had had to sort it and charged her £120 extra for their time and told her that they were doing her a favour by not charging her more!!
