I just purchased 2011 Civic VP and I was recommended to this dealership by EBay. In order to attract business this Dealership had placed pictures of this particular model incorrectly on their web. Wonderful Sale Rep I would like to share my buying experience at Criswell Honda. First of all, I had a wonderful sale rep (Phil Kmiec). His job was not to push a car/product/service on me but assist me, when I make a decision to buy. He was there to answer questions that I had and still gave me space to look and think on my own. Floor Mat Foolery and Rudeness We had a mixed experience at Criswell. We were driving in from over 250 miles away to purchase a used Toyota that they were showing on the web. I have 3 small children who were with us and we knew it was going to be a long day.
