Criswell Honda - PreOwned Cars - DON'T TRUST THEM This is the worst place you could buy a car from. I recently drove a long distance because they had a car I was interested in buying. BAD EXPERIENCE Prices are $1000 prices higher than other dealers in area. Salesman lied about incentives and finance options. Management lady "Sue" only interested in selling a car...could not care less about customer. Finance mgr. was an idiot...acted like he was on qualudes and was very rude. Bottom line: save your time and money..do not buy here!
Decent cars in lot Criswell Honda had several models of the type of cars I was looking for. The salespeople were generally very friendly. It was the managers that were a pain to deal with. I did not buy a car from Criswell because the management was very rude and tried to push hard for me to buy. They did not lower their price, even though I had a quote from another dealer (in writing) that was lower than theres. Ok experience, but wouldn't go back again.
Good dealership They are very professional and straightforward. They have ok prices though. They are not as good at pricing as some other dealers in MD. When I was buying a Odyssey through internet, they could not get close to the best price I had but they were straight about it and did not play games to get me in to the dealership.
