Don't trust Criswell Honda Big SCAM!! my window was now working. it was intermenting. I went to criswell, and asked for the cost $800. $300 for part and $500 for labor. I decided to do it myself. Used youtube for step. part was $60 and it took me 2 hours to completed the jobs. I saved $740.. that I took my family to the Zoo and we eat like a lion for dinner.
Criswell Honda is AWESOME!!!!! Sorry for those other reviewers- We were totally thrilled with every aspect of our experience. We called to see how late they were open and they gave the name of the salesperson that would be helping us when we arrived. We met with Gareth, chose our car, received a decent trade-in value for our old car, and signed papers. Criswell Honda is NOT service oriented I wish i could of saw all these reviews before i stepped in there. From what I've experienced so far (1 year of service there) all the negative reviews definitely hold true. The service staff is not professional at all, they are rude, not helpful, and seem to blame you for bringing the car in the first place. Make sure to get multiple appraisals before committing to a repair, especially at this dealership.
Shopping at Criswell Was Hell Do your poor palms sweat when you set foot into a car dealer's "showroom?" Complete scammers -- Buyer beware. Horrible experience -- read the negative reviews before you even attempt to go to this dealership. They try to lie, scam, cheat, and everything else to add $ to your purchase. Victor in finance absolutely tried to scam us by having us sign things that we had no intention to purchase. Upscale dealer with down home feel Immaculate facility. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff. They actually smile and laugh here!!! Tons of inventory to choose from. Express lane so you don't have to wait hours for a 30 minute job. Glass windows in the waiting area so that you can see if your car is actually being worked on. Best car buying experience - hands down. To put it best - it's like going to a 5 star restaurant for dinner and paying the price of a Big Mac. It's definitely worth a trip to this dealership!!!
Horrible! We visited this showroom and were highly dissapointed with the sales staff. They seemed nice from the beginning until we told them what we wanted to spend. They literally laughed at us. Needless to say, we left!

service experience Horrible experience with service @ Criswell Honda.I have repeatedly paid for the rear drum brakes on our 2001 Honda Odyssey to be resurfaced every 10,000. Rear brakes were costing around $400-$500. I called Honda HQ and spoke with a service person and they said, " The only time you need to have the rear drums resurfaced is if you're having vibrations when depressing the brake pedal."
