I used CCB to make a claim after finding out the " same roof rule" which was in place in the 70s had been revoked. I was the victim of an assault by a partner I was living with at the time. As it was 45 years ago I wasn't holding out much hope. Martin who took my case on was absolutely brilliant there wasn't anything on the Police file as it was so long ago but he kept digging and eventually managed to find something to take to the CICA. I was awarded compensation for my injuries and am so thankful for all they did for me.

From the very first point of contact this company treated me with the upmost respect, throughout the process I was kept updated regularly and helped at every point, I cannot thank them enough for the work they did for me, they worked tirelessly to get me the result we wanted to make a huge difference to my life and the life of my children. I have worked with Martin for quite a while as my claim was complex and lengthy, I can not praise this man enough . He is extremely good at his job and determined to win the compensation deserved . My claim was very well handled and this man is very cleaver in dealing with CICA . I wouldn’t ever use any other company and would highly recommend you give this company a call first . Definitely know what they are talking about , good friendly service and honest advice .

Whilst my case took a long time to resolve in a lengthy process, I can say that the best outcome for me was reached and I am happy with the award I received. I would have settled on a much lesser amount without the advice and guidance of Martin Nolan. Thank you.
